Wet rim of glass with WKD Blue and reef, Dab onto some sugar. This will give a green coloured rim. Pour in the Reef and Wicked Blue. Add as much vodka as you desire. Add a lime slice for effect. Put in two straws, one straight and the other bent over. Then enjoy!.
