Island Sunset

2 ounces rum

Fill glass to 3/4 pineapple juice

lace grenadine

2 ounces Light Rum Pineapple Juice Grenadine Fill tall glass with ice. Add 2 ounces of rum. Fill glass 3/4 full of pineapple juice. Top off with a splash of grenadine. Give the drink a couple of quick stirs and garnish with a cherry and a pineapple wedge on a sword.

After the stir, the grenadine will settle to the bottom and it will look like an island sunset (of course, you have to use your imagination a bit).
