- 330ml ginger beer
- A quarter lime
- A sprig mint
Instructions
The rum, mint and ginger beer (not ginger ale) are added to a glass, and shaken with the aid of a cocktail shaker.
They are poured out into a highball glass, a squeeze and a wedge of lime are added. Another sprig of mint can be added to garnish. The drink is normally served with a straw due to the mint.
