25ml grappa

25ml grenadine

150ml white wine

Shake grappa and grenadine.Pour into ice filled high-ball glass.Top up with a dry white wine

Try to use a sweet grappa.(like a grappa de muscat)and a good dry white(Pino GRIGIO )Pour the wine slowly as to layer on top.It looks really cool!!Garnish with a couple of red cherries.
