1/2 oz. Bacardi 151
1 1/4 oz. white rum
2 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. orange juice
1/2 oz. grenadine
1/2 oz. lime juice
Violently shake all ingredients except the Bacardi 151. Pur over ice into a hurricane glass. Float the 151 on top ang ignite. For a safer drink, replace the 151 with myers and garnish with a pineapple for a pool side drink!
Originally I called this a "Hot Scott" as a play on my name, and the ladies visiting me at the bar loved it!
