2 shot mescal
1 shoot malibu
1/2 shoot lime juice
1/4 shoot cane sirup
2 shot Canada dry
2 shoot pineapple juice
3 shoot Crushed ice
2 shoot lime sherbet
Take a tube glass, put half of the crushed ice on the bottom, add the sugar cane sirup and the canada dry, add the lime sherbet, add the malibu then the mescal, finihs whit the left crusd ice, add the pineapple juice and sprinkle pinch of cinnamon.
Serve this one with a brochette of caramelised apple pieces.
