Add Tempest in a Teapot to your favourite cocktail recipes

2 oz. spiced rum

2 oz. absinthe

12 oz. Black tea

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Brew tea in a pot. Stir in sugar and cinnamon, then add the rum and absinthe. Serve hot.

Serves several people, or one person who really likes tea.
