Dirty Jive

30 ml malibu

30 ml chambord

100 ml pineapple juice

1/2 lime

Top up with soda water

Slice and muddle the lime and place into a tall glass with ice Mix the Malibu, Chambord and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice then pour into the glass and top with soda water Insert a swizzle stick and garnish with lime and pineapple slices

I invented this cocktail as the signature drink for my birthday celebrations... I turned 35... that's why I called it the Dirty Jive!!!
