50ml golden rum

Drizzle honey

50ml Single Crerm

Handfull Sultanas

Large pinch Nutmeg freshly ground

Seeds of a 1/4 of a Whole vanilla pod

dash of Banana bread beer

First muddle sultanas until it forms a pulp, add rum and leave for 5mins. add all other ingreadients to glass and shake hard! Strain into a whisk(e)y glass filled with crushed ice, top with banana bread beer and garnish with a small circle of buttered brown toast and three sultanas. Presto

Try infusing the rum with the sultanas.
