Add MAHIKI to your favourite cocktail recipes

25mls Sailor Jerry Rum

25mls Mahiki Rum

15mls Pear Puree

10mls Strawberry Puree

25mls lemon juice

10mls Fraise de bois

20mls simple syrup

75mls sparkling wine

Put everything in a shaker except the sparkling wine. Shake it well then strain it into a glass. Top it up with some sparkling wine and a pineapple leaf if you can!
