Mojito 'The Dark One'

1 Shot dark rum

1 tea spoon sugar

1/2 lime

Sprig mint

4 ice cubes

top up ginger ale

Squeeze the 1/2 lime into a Hi-ball glass then drop in the Lime shell, add sugar and a little Ginger ale to disolve sugar - Shake. Then add rubbed mint, Rum and Ice then top up with Ginger Ale.

This is the best cocktail i have ever had, bar none!
