Punch Julien

2 limes, juiced

25 ml (1 fl oz) pineapple juice

3 drops angostura bitters

1/2 teaspoon grenadine

25 ml (1 fl oz) goldon rum

75ml (3 fl oz) dark rum

1 slice Lemon & orange

cracked ice

1 wedge pineapple & nutmeg (Optional)

Stir together lime & pineapple juice, bitters, grenadine, rums and fruit. Chill for 3 hours. Fill old fashioned glass with ice and slices of fruit. Pour punch into glass. sprinkle with grated nutmeg and sever decorated with a pineapple wedge.
