25 ml (1 fl oz) brandy 25 ml (1 fl oz) creme de cacao 25 ml (1 fl oz) single cream 2-3 cracked ice freshly grated nutmeg (optional)
Add ice, brandy, creme de cacao and cream to shaker. Shake well to mix thoroughly and strain into a cocktail glass or wide-mouthed champagne flute. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
