Add Acapulco (Version 2) to your favourite cocktail recipes

25ml (1 fl oz) tequila

25ml (1 fl oz) white rum

50ml (2 fl oz) pineapple juice

25ml (1 fl oz) grapefruit juice

25ml (1 fl oz) coconut syrup

1 wedge Pineapple Wedge (Optional)

Ice Cracked

ice cubes

Add cracked ice, tequila, rum, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice and coconut syrup to cocktail shaker. Fill a hurricane glass with ice cubes. Shake the drink to mix and pour it over the ice. Decorate with a pineapple wedge and serve with straws.
