Passe-a-grille Punch

1 shot vanilla vodka

1 splash drambuie

4 shots Pineapple

1 drop grenadine

Fill shaker halfway with crushed ice. Add vodka, Drambuie and pineapple juice. Shake and pour, including ice, into a small hurricane glass. Add a drop of grenadine, lightly stir and garnish with pineapple and/or orange.

First had these at Seacritters in Passe-a-grille, FL. You can also try the frozen variation by blending with more ice until slushy, but I prefer the original.
