one in the eye

juice from 1/2 lime

juice from 1/4 lemon

1 tbs limoncello

1 tbs dark rum

150 ml lemonade

Mix the lime & lemon juice in a glass with the limoncello & rum. Add a few ice cubes & then the lemonade. Garnish with a strawberry on the rim of the glass.

Created by Dr Bush at a Lodge Moor party; the strawberry garnish represents Ben's eye after he snapped a balloon into it... 'one in the eye'!
