dominic's poire martini

2oz grey goose poire

1oz sour mix

1oz simple syrup

1oz soda

heavy shot of goose to a 1.5 count sour, a 1.5 count simple syrup, chill or shake, depending on customer, pour in martini glass and spritz of soda on top.

sour is really all you need to make this pear sing, but syrup to taste depending if your customer prefers the sweeter stuff. soda levels it out a bit.
