Madeira Caipiroska

put the sugar and lime in a rocks glass, muddle but not to much, otherwise the lime will turn bitter. fill the glass with crushed ice and add the vodka then pineapple juice. stir for 15 seconds. done

really really good drink to be served anytime. one off my favourites.
