Single Dash (35ml) smirnoff vodka
3/4 Half Pint Schweppes Soda
2 Slices cucumber
Add 35ml measure of Smirnoff or Russian Standard. Add one slice of cucumber stir, Fill 1/2 pint glass with Soda, Add 2nd slice of cucumber to side of glass, Add 1 or 2 cubes of mineral ice.
Fantastic when you've had a little to much, or have a dry pallet.
Also good on a hot day outside.
