Place the mint leaves, and half of fruit into a cocktail shaker. Add a splash of sugar syrup and muddle well. Add the pimms and rasberry vodka. Fill a highball glass to just over half way with crushed ice. Add ice cubes to a shaker and shake well. Strain the contents of the shaker over the crushed ice. Top up with soda. Add two straws and garnish with Strawberry/Lime Wheel/Mint Sprig or all three.
