1 Parts absinthe
5 Parts pink lemonade
5 Drops Mint extract
1 Sugar Cube
Pour Absinthe in Tumbler
Mix Mint extract into Pink Lemonade.
Place a sugar cube atop a flat, perforated spoon that rests on the rim of the glass. Slowly drip the Pink Lemonade on top of the sugar cube. Add ice and Enjoy!
Lemonade and mint tone down the flavor of the Absinthe.
