Psy Love

1 msr raspberry liqueur

1 msr smirnoff vodka

1 msr lemon juice

2 msr Fruit & Barley Summer Fruits Juice

1 msr grenadine

3 msr lemonade

Glass - Rocks, old fashion whiskey (8 fl oz.) Add all ingredients other than the lemonade and the grenadine to a shaker with half a glass of crushed ice. Shake well for a few seconds, then pour into the glass (DO NOT STRAIN). Add the lemonade and stir. Add the grenadine quickly so that it sinks to the bottom of the glass but colours the drink red for the bottom half (DO NOT STIR). The top half should be pink, slowly fading into the red bottom half. Viola! Psy Love!

Optional - Dab a folded bit of kitchen roll with grenadine, run it alone the edge of the glass and roll the rim in a plate of caster sugar (what I do) Made this up myself, hope you like it =) I usually make it for the girls, the lads love it too but the colour isn't as manly as a cold pint ;)
