1 shot (30ml) strawberry liqueur
4 or 5 (med - large) crushed strawberry
4 shots (100ml) cream
Chocolate Powder
1) add the strawberry liquer, the crushed strawberrys and the cream to ice and shake.
2) strain into a coctail glass
3) sprinkle some chocolate powder on top
serve and enjoy
