Muddle the ginger in the bottom of a tall glass, add a small quantity of crushed ice. In a separate glass disolve the Berocca tablet in soda water. Add the pineapple juice vodka and shake. Carefully charge with the fillzy soda and berocca. Garnish with grated apple.
