Gibson Martini

2 silver cocktail onions

1 martini glass Crushed ice

2 shots vodka

drizzle martini

Fill a martini glass with crushed ice, drizzle the martini over the crushed ice and leave to chill. Shake the two shots of vodka (I prefer Ketel One) over ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour the crushed ice and martini out of the martini glass twirling the martini glass as you do so, coating the inside of the glass in a mix of martini and cold water. Once the ice is gone strain the vodka into the glass and add the 2 cocktail onions skewered on the cocktail stick of your choice.

Originally I think Gibson's were made with Gin but Vodka and onion is an awesome combination
