1 shot Bailey's Irish Cream
1 shot advocaat
1 shot vodka
1 shot Jamesons Irish Whisky
1 good measure (about 50ml) Guinness
Take a chilled tumbler and add one ice cube.
Pour over the ice cube in the following order (do not mix):
1. Baileys;
2. Advocaat;
3. Vodka;
4. Whisky;
5. Guinness.
Relax, and enjoy!
I invented this cocktail when working a bar for free drinks in lieu of cash. I named it after a stocky welsh man who kept saying "Oh, you guys" all the time.
