Vania's Surprise

1 shot vodka

1 shot Coconut Milk

1 shot mead

1 tablespoon / to taste brown sugar

2 lumps Ice

Add all the ingredients in a shaker. Shake well. Open, pour and enjoy!

This is a good recipe if you fancy something a little exotic and you only have odds and ends of drinks lying around. Mead varies in quality so you should be prepared to add more sugar as taste dictates. I use unsweetened coconut milk that's normally used for curries. Could also be a long drink if you want to add more vodka..
