pina cola with a twist....

3 shots malibu

3 shots white rum

1 shot cointreau

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

1 glass pineapple juice

This is done in a blender and serves 2!! In a belnder add 2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream, add your malibu, white rum and cointreau (i like mine quite strong so add as much or as little as you like!!!) blitz the ingredients up for a few seconds then add the pineapple juice....the blitz up for about a minute.....serve in a tall glass....enjoy...the best pina colanda ever!!!
