50 ml wyborowa vodka

25ml St-Germain

1 lime

1 tsp caster sugar

Wash and quarter the lime, muddle in an old fashioned glass with the sugar to dissolve it. Add cracked ice, the vodka and St-Germain. Serve with a stirrer.
