45ml bacardi superior

15ml Grape Liqueur

To Rim a Glass raspberry cordial

50g sugar

1 lemon wedges

Rim the top of a tall shot glass with the raspberry cordial and sugar (like a Jam Donut). Fill a shaker three quarters full of ice and add the Bacardi and Grape Liquor. Shake Well. Double strain the ingredients into your rimmed shot glass. Pour a glass of water to have on the side.

This shot represents the character of someone who gave us much laughter over the years. Enjoy the initial sweetness and brave the subsequent domination of your taste buds, bite into the sour aftertaste that is the lemon wedge and end it quickly with a swig from your water.
