A Dozen corriander
1 spoon sugar syrup
10 ml lemon juice
Enough for collins glass Mango puree
50ml Thunder Toffee Vodka
Slap a dozen corriander leaves and muddle with the sugar syrup and lemon juice,you can either strain into a collins glass or keep the corriander in the cocktail, add ice and top up with mango puree and mix,leaving enough room for more ice,then pour 50 ml of Thunder Toffee Vodka over the ice and add a dash of soda.
It does look better with the corriander left in.
