Bruise the mint sprigs to release to mint flavour. Fill a tall glass with ice and add the Bacardi rum (back), add the Navy Rum (sack –seamen), add the Blue Curacao (Crack). Finally add the mint sprig, top up the glass with white lemonade (this should turn the cocktail mint green ). Stir and serve.
Use fresh mint sprigs. Cost in local pub is £7.20
