50ml Hendricks Gin, 50ml Apple Presse, 25ml Saint Germain Elderflower, 2 drops Orange Blossom essence, dash Rose Vodka, 2 'Grand Prix' rose Petals - shake hard till rose petals are 'broken down' & the drink has a rosé tint. Strain over crushed ice. Garnish with whole rose petal.
