1 shot ice-cold vodka

2 slices lime

2 x 1/2 tsp coffee granules

2 x 1/2 tsp brown sugar

Take each slice of lime and place coffee on one half, sugar on the other. Bite into one slice with all it's caffeine-sugar goodness, down the shot of vodka (good quality and extra cold ideally) and then finish with the second slice.

I was introduced to this in Guatemala, it sounds bizarre and looks a little scary but it tastes awesome! Think of it as vodka-red bull for the adventurous :)
