Tom Yaam Cocktail

90 ml Lemongrass tea

30 ml lime juice

30 ml sugar syrup

10 pieces chili slice

2 leaves kaffir lime leaf

2 pieces galingale

1 whole lemongrass

1 whole lemongrass

2 dashes tabasco sauce

Put all ingredients in an old fashioned glass with ice cube and stir well.
