Tourettes Tippler

1 measure tia maria

1 measure vodka

1 measure cointreau

1 generous segment orange

1 bean coffee

Crush ice in the bottom of a tall glass, squeeze your orange segment over it and then drop segment in. Add Cointreau, Tia Maria and Vodka in that order. Shake well then grate a little of the coffee bean on top and serve with a straw and a sparkler and maybe a plaster to cover over your mouth once drunk in case of the on-set of tourettes!
