4 scoops mint chocolate chip ice cream

1 shot mint cordial

3 oreo cookies

use a blender and wisk the mint choc chip ice cream, mint cordial, baileys and 2 orio cookies. once blended until the orio cookies are fine and the texture is like a thick milk shake. pour into a glass of your choice and place the remaining orio cookie on top of the cocktail
