1 ounce white rum
1 ounce Blue Curacao
0,5 ounce coconut cream
pineapple juice
Shake all of the ingredients in a shaker for about 8-10 seconds and strain it over either a hurricane glass or a highball/collins glass with ice cubes. Served ice cold.
The difference between the original Blue Hawaiian recipe and mine is that i don't use coconut cream but instead use coconut sirup. If u want then u can substitute the rum and coconut sirup with Malibu coconut rum instead.
