Pina Colada - The Perfect Cocktail

2 or 3 ice cubes

8 Shots (25ml) pineapple juice

2 shots (25ml) coconut cream

1.5 shots (25ml) rum

1) Place 2 empty cocktail glasses in the freezer 10 minutes before hand. 2) Pour all ingredients into the blender. 3) Blend on full power till the mixture is nice and fluffy and also the ice has crushed... (just over minute or so). 4) Serve with a coloured straw. The above will be enough for 2 drinks.

If you desire a Perfect Cocktail, then please do not subsititue any of the above ingredients, especially the Pineapple Juice. Also, ensure all ingredients are already chilled. For Pineapple Juice, use one similar to "Sainsburys Pure Pineapple Juice with bits" or a Tropicana version if available. Please do not use juice made from Concentrate. For Cocunut Cream, use one similar to "Bart Coconut Cream" available from Tesco in a tiny carton.
