Gin Daisy

1/4 whole lemon juice

1/4 shot grenadine

1 shot gin

soda

Place crushed ice into liquidiser (1/3 full) add lemon juice grenadine and gin then blend for 1/2 minute and strain into champagne glass. Add a dash of chilled soda and 2 glace cherries + 2 chunks of pineapple on a cocktail stick to garnish.
