2 shot vodka

pineapple juice

2 shot orange juice

2 shot ginger ale

2 teaspoons gomme

add the vodka first, then build the cocktail by filling the glass 3/4 full with pinapple juice, then add the orange juce followed by ginger ale, finally, add the gomme syrup. Serve straight up or on the rocks and stir gently.

serve in collins glass this drink has a surreal effect in that the taste dramatically changes as you drink it, this is how it got its name... dont leave for too long or the spirit will seperate leaving u an unpleasant ending to the drink
