Marsala Cocktail

50 ml marsala

15 ml cognac

15 ml lime juice

10 ml mineral water

The fresh lemon juice is preferably sifted. Shake all the ingredients on a lot of ice, and pour in a martini glass. Decorate the cocktail with a slice of lemon.

Tastes sweet, but not sugary. Like a good type of sweet white wine.
