"Classic Mojito"

3 shots vodka

a few sprigs of mint leaves

1 lime

lots of Crushed ice

Sprinkle caster sugar

Freshly squeeze the whole lime into a cocktail shaker, add the sprinkle of sugar, add the 3 shots of Vodka, and the fresh mint leaves. Ground and mix together for a minute, until the mint flavours have been released, add the crushed ice and shake!! Serve all into a chilled glass...with a straw! Add a slice of lime to the side of the glass.

Not for the faint hearted!!
