Absinth Spoon

Take a wine glass or tall glass and put the absinth spoon across the top, place a sugar cube onto the spoon then pour half a shot of absente over the sugar cube into the glass, now set the sugar cube a flame and wait till it caramalizes, pour the rest of the shot over the sugar to wash it into the glass. now dilute with water and enjoy..
