4 -6 cubes (cracked) Ice 1 (small, peeled and deseeded) tomato 1 measure orange juice 2 tsp lime juice 1 chopped spring onion 1 (small, deseeded, chopped) red chilli 1 pinch caster sugar 1 pinch salt 1 dash tabasco sauce
Put crushed ice, tomato, orange juice, lime juice, spring onion and chilli in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass, stir in the sugar, salt and Tobasco sauce. Decorate with a lime slice and chilli rosette.
Variations: Hot Lips, Open Prairie Oyster.
