Ramble (Raspberry bramble)

3 lemon wedges

3/1oz raspberry puree

11/2oz gin

3/4oz gomme

1/2oz chambord

muddle lemon and raspberries with gomme, fill glass w/ crushed ice, add gin and churn. top glass w/ crushed ice and float chambord. garnish with raspberry and lemon wedge.

this tastes better with real raspberies but the seeds can get stuck in the straw so use your own discretion when deciding to use real fruit or puree.
