Watermelon Martini 2

Dash sugar syrup

1/3 watermelon

1-2oz vodka

Cut the Watermelon segment into chunks and put in a cocktail shaker with the Vodka, sugar syrup and some ice cubes. Shake the mixture hard until the watermelon is mashed up. Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove the pulp and seeds.

Cool and refreshing, it's so tastey it barely tastes alcoholic!
