2 tablespoons simple syrup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 peach
Puree peaches, lemon juice, and syrup in a blender. Taste; add more syrup or lemon juice as desired. Pour 2 tablespoons of puree into 6 glasses. Fill with Prosecco.
Use the ripest peaches you can find; serves 6.
