50ml gin
3 Sage leaves
5 white grapes
10ml lemon juice
5ml gomme
top tonic water
Muddle sage and grapes in highball, fill glass with crushed ice and add remaining ingredients and stir through.
I won the Blackwoods gin competition with this cocktail. It is on a few cocktail menus in Manchester and it is a big seller. Its nice to finaly have a good twist on a good old English drink.
