1. Half fill a tall highball glass with ice
2. Add your wedge of lime
3. Pour the shot of mailbu over the ice and lime
4. Add the white wine
5. Top up with white lemonade
6. Add more ice if desired
7. Flame a lime onto the drink
This drink is best presented with the wedge of lime trapped between the ice cubes.
To flame a lime, peel a small section of the rind from a lime, hold it with your thumb and forefinger so that it makes an arch and hold a lighter the green bit of the rind, the lime oils begin to then spit onto the drink. The oils from the rind adds a real kick making it a cooling summer time drink
